About Me

My name is Katie Kostak, and I'm a current senior at Tufts University studying Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. Originally from New Jersey, I was drawn to Tufts for the dual degree SMFA program, but instead fell in love with engineering. I’m a firm believer that engineering is inherently artistic and creative, and love to express myself through the various projects I take on! Outside of art and engineering I love playing the violin, and staying active through playing tennis or going on runs. I am also a big lover of all things aquatic, and can often find me trying to find any excuse to insert my shrimp tank into conversation!
